Josie Caringi

Josephine Caringi (she/her) is a Montana based dancer and recent graduate from the University of Montana with a BA in Dance. Her background as a gymnast and competition dancer brought her training in a variety of styles including jazz, hip hop, ballet, and contemporary. Currently, her technical practice is focused in modern dance.

Josie found a passion for choreography in her time at the University of Montana, having work shown in University productions including Dance Underground, Dance Up Close, and Dance in Concert, as well as representing the University at the American College Dance Association Northwest Regional Conference in 2024. She hopes to use this choreographic passion to cultivate community and allow dancers to explore their own artistic expression through movement.
